Translucent Face Colors Specifically Formulated for L.E.D. Illumination

Channel Can Colors

Gemini recommends that all channel cans be 5687 Opaque White for best illumination. In most cases opaque white will not allow any illumination through the can wall. However, in some thin stroked styles, serifs or logos; placing LEDs within 1" of the letter return may result in a slight show-through of LED placement. If total opacity is required for channel can or your customer requires a different can color, opaque white cans can be painted for a 15% upcharge to can & face price.

Formed Plastic Word Panels with Small Letters

Letters under 8" may be preformed in a single piece face with matching can. Minimum embossed letter size is 2" high. Face formed out of CAB LED material only. Panels formed out of opaque white color for best illumination. Maximum single piece is approximately 42" x 60".
