Unlike other metal-laminate sign letters made of foam and PVC, Gemini Metal Laminate on Acrylic Letters are made of components that do not deteriorate from exposure to the elements and hold up better to pedestrian contact.
Each sign letter has excellent edge quality, and the edge returns look good at any distance due to the clean unporous acrylic used by Gemini. Delamination is greatly reduced by the use of acrylic as a substrate, and through Gemini's exclusive edge seal process. Our sign letters are made from materials that are lead and mercury free, and do not contain PVC plastic. Gemini also recycles and extrudes all scrap material.
